The great news is that I see 9.10 testing releases in the ppc repos, so that we are included in the testing at an early stage!

You should check out the stickies, faqs, and other threads here to see if you can use the run of the mill solutions to the screen issue, and then report them back in the Development forum.

But first, we need more detail:

Are you getting past the splash screen, or is it just a solid blinking cursor in the upper left?

Are you past the splash screen, but have just a black screen now?

Or is your display just coming up at the wrong resolution?

Details like these will get results faster.

If you have just the first problem, then you can stop the splash screen problem by hitting TAB at the second-stage yaboot boot: prompt, and entering

Linux nosplash

and see if that takes you any further.

Point is, especially with a testing release, include as much detail as you can.
