Transfer files from VirtualBox OSE

I got WinXP installed on VirtualBox OSE.

How can I get some files from the VM to my Ubuntu desktop?

If you install the PUEL you can use USB devices or shared forlders.

Otherwise use a network protocol such as samba, ssh (scp), ftp, http ...
