Restrict Plasmoids to Dashboard

I've searched around a bit and I haven't found much on the topic.

I'd like to have my plasmoids visible only in the KDE widget layer, a la Mac OS. Any ideas?

I would like this too...

I tried matching them in compiz to add the plasmoids on compiz' widget layer to no avail. I can match the panels though and the only difference between them is the type. Desktop widget have "type=DESKTOP" and panels have "type=DOCK".

Does anyone have any ideas?? I would prefer it to work with compiz widget layer but the one from kde4 is fine too.
