My Tutorial Thread Disappered After Saving It

I'm not sure if I did anything wrong or not (I've never written a tutorial before) but as soon as I submitted my tutorial thread and went back to the Tutorials & Tips forum, I noticed that my thread was no longer there? Can someone explain what happened?

Tutorials must be approved by a moderator before being posted. It may take some time before someone gets to it.

Sometimes threads can sit in the queue for a couple of days. We are very busy and unfortunately approving guides is not our top priority. Please remember that we are volunteers, too. We are aware that this is a problem, and are working on ways to improve response time. Sorry for the inconvenience.
