gmail is being stupid when sending email from evo

hey..
I'm sending email from evolution with my gmail account(s). And I have it all set up and it's worked forever.. But, today whenever I send an email, I get an error like this:
Error while performing operation.

DATA command failed: Mail server temporarily rejected message r9sm106688nza

except the r9..... changes.

WTF?!?!?!

Hey, I'm trying to setup POP forwarding from gmail to evolution right now. I can't get it to work. These are my settings for recieving mail:

Recieving Mail
Server Type: POP
Description: For connecting to and downloading mail from POP servers.
Configuration
Server: pop.gmail.com
Username: johnnymo87
Security
Use Secure Connection: Whenever Possible
Authentication Type
Password

I can't get it to connect. What are your settings?

too lazy to type my settings, but you should use johnnymo87@gmail.com as your username.. that -may- help.
