Anyone know whats going on with this accelerator at CERN? I have not herd about it in a while. Whats its status? When are more tests being conducted?

You can all the nitty-gritty on the LHC here (http://lhc.web.cern.ch/lhc/News.htm). They've actually got a really nice outreach page (http://lhc-machine-outreach.web.cern.ch/lhc-machine-outreach/).

My future brother inlaw goes up there every couple years. I think they might be firing it back up soon as he just got offered another trip to go.
