Sourceforts download

I am currently trying to download a app for wine steam using ubuntu sever 9.04. The app is called sourceforts and this is my first time really using ubuntu. I have downloaded a tar.bz2 file using this website: http://files.filefront.com/Half+Life+2+SourceForts+Linux+Server/;4181771;/fileinfo.html . Hope you can help.

You realize this is a source code tarball. You're gonna have to compile this.
