adding help icon to the toolbar

I am manually converting ubuntustudio desktop, I recreated everything except the help button on the standard gnome desktop.

Any idea how to add the standard help icon?

Add a launcher, the program is yelp. You might need to specify the path to the relevant docs, post back if it comes up blank.
