(I hope this is the place)
I have a QDI p4i848p 6 year old (or so) motherboard, and I intend to buy a new graphic card; the board has an integrated geforce FX 5200 and it has worked fine in all versions of ubuntu since 7.10, but the online gaming has exposed some of its limits :P
So, its specifications say:
Slots > 1 AGP + 5 PCI
But then it you can also read:
Graphics > 1 AGP 8X slot (1.5V only)
Transfer rate up to 2.1GB/S
And here's my question: does that mean it only supports AGP graphic cards and I just cannot install a PCI one on some of the PCI slots?
