Webcam -> Laptop -> (Wire/less) -> PC

Hello, i got laptop, which is unused, i can have any system on that laptop (win/lin), so, when i connect it, there is program for viewing what webcam see. (This laptop has WiFi)

Then .. i have second laptop, which can be connected to WiFi router where is first laptop connected. So my question is, how i can see on second laptop screen, what webcam on first webcam see, it can be
1.) Wired - By LAN, BUT Without internet connection
2.) Wireless by WiFi , Connection will be mostly unavaible

Correct me if I'm wrong.
You have a built in web cam on a laptop. That has a program that you open up and you can see the web cam is looking at?

To me it sounds like you want to log into the laptop with the built in camera so you can watch it on the computer with no camera?


What you probably want to do is setup a vnc server on the first laptop. So you will be able to log into that session and see what the web cam sees.

I know what it sound crazy, but i want to put one old laptop on large remote-control car , and watch what see webcam on other laptop

Webcam is NOT built-in
