Trouble with installation on selecting Language

Hi I was in the process of installing ehcp and it got to the part where it asked me to select the language but I would select en and then ok and it would just go back to select language again? Prior to that It said my plist file was small and said it could cause problems with installing packages, could that have been the problem? If it was that how do I add things to the plist please.

That is file /etc/apt/sources.list
and exact message should be:
"WARNING ! Your /etc/apt/sources.list file contains very few sources, This may cause problems installing some packages.. see http://www.ehcp.net/?q=node/389 for an example file"

if you see something else, you have something wrong seriously with your system.
Also, the language selection continue normally, even you dont enter anything, or even you enter something wrong...

I suggest you to:
download ehcp again, from www.ehcp.net/download
then retry installation,

if that does not help, if same errors occur, check your system memory or other aspects...

Your errors should never happen.. i heard firstly this kind of error..
