Hi,
I have been having a lot of problems with ubuntu and have thought about doing a reinstall because suprisingly my hardware worked better when it first started, and then most things steadily stopped working, and to my help, no one replied, and for the most part even viewed, to the two different threads I posted on the same subjects.
Anyway, I would really appreciate it if someone would either tell me how to get compiz back working on my intel GMA 950 on my samsung nc10, after I plugged it into my external monitor.
Otherwise, does compiz work in NBR? if so/not to what extent? I just want some of the cool effects like burn, desktop cube etc. I would really appreciate it this thread could at LEAST get some views. I don't mean to be selfish, but when other threads that were posted after mine have hundreds of views and 20 replies, and I only have the one view that I did to check to make sure it is working, it is a little annoying. I hope that didn't make me sound rude. Help would be very much appreciated! thank you!
Thanks,
