Smilies question

Are the smilies on this board property of Ubuntu, or can they be used elsewhere? The reason I'm asking is that I post a lot on the James Randi Educational Foundation boards (http://forums.randi.org) and I think we could really use the ](*,) image. But if it's copyrighted & owned by somebody then it's too much trouble to import & use it.

If "owned" by anyone it would be VBulletin, but i'm sure if you asked them nicely you could use it for your own amusement.

I believe these are smilies from multiple sets, including aim, msn, yahoo, and many gathered from all over the net. I doubt that it would be much of an issue for you to use them, after all, if you didn't get them here... you could get them from millions of other sources all across the internet. :)
