Does anyone know how i get this panel?

Hey guys im not sure if this is the correct section or not , please let me know , i just have a quick question, does anyone know how i get the panel on the right hand side of this screenshot

if your talking about the panal on the right side
of the screen it's called Conky it's in synaptic.
or sudo apt-get install conky
