Tried setting up an office file PDC server but have failed several times. Looking to pay someone to install samba and ldap if necessary.

We want:

Shared Drive (for all users)
Price Drive (for each user)
Windows network login / authentication
Internet Sharing
Printer Sharing

Hmm, you can fight Ubuntu for two weeks or you can buy the Mandriva Corporate Server distribution for E250 and set it all up in an hour or so with a few mouse clicks:

Your choice!

Don't go and buy Mandriva Corporate Server just post your
questions here.You can look up setting up samba here (http://www.howtoforge.com/samba_setup_ubuntu_5.10) and
here (http://www.fourm.info/Tools/how-to-set-up-a-samba-server-for-active-directory-authentication) and a google search here (http://www.google.com/#hl=en&q=setting+up+a+ubuntu+server&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=setting+up+a+ubuntu+server&fp=OlAWEoQSgPM) will tell you more no need to go and
buy mandrive.This website will tell you most if not all of what

Here is a alternative you can buy a small server with ubuntu
on it already call and they can have most of what your talking
about installed already unless you have a server already here

starting at $299 but even with all the upgraded hardware it
was less then $500
