Forcing a resolution on supertux-stable

I the supertux-stable package installed currently and on Jaunty it is not defaulting to my 1000x600 resolution I have here on my EEE PC. I was browsing through the file directories for it but I did not see anything in the config files for resolution. Does anyone know off hand how I can force it to run in a certain resolution? Black bars on either side of the screen annoy me :)

Try start the game via the terminal with a --help it might show something. Also check the directory .local it might be using it to store the games user settings.

Hrm, there isn't anything in the help or .local for it, its not a big deal but any other ideas?
