Streaming TV services

I am wondering if there are any streaming tv services that offer streaming tv channels or on demand (vod of sorts) for a moderate price that is compatible and configurable with mythtv. Or maybe a good list online of services that I mentioned?

Boxee is a separate program but is much easier to setup.

Also iptv services that have a regular lineup etc can be added as a tuner in mythtv-setup

note these aren't vod services like hulu, but services that run like a regular TV service but over the internet.
