Secondary headphone plug

Hi everybody!

This is a silly question. Last week I installed Jaunty on my XPS M1330n, and the secondary plug for headphones stop working. My guess is that's muted, but I do not remember how to fix it.

This is dated, but worked for my 1420n, 8.04.

A little problem...

It works, but from time to time the configuration is lost, so I should work it out over and over. Any idea how to fix this?

Using Alsamixer from Terminal (as suggested above) solved this problem for me in Jaunty on an m1330. Both headphone jacks work perfectly now! Woohoo!
