I was happily suprised by the fact that I got color on my TV screen, shortly after installing 9.04. After days of struggling, I didn't even manage to get color out of it on 8.10/8.04. But the thing is, now I only get color if I configure two separate X screens, with my monitor as a default. If I unplug the monitor en restart X, the color is gone again.. I tried removing all the references to the monitor from xorg.conf, but I ended up running in low-graphics mode.. Can anybody be of any help here?

With my monitor as primary and tv as secondary display, the xorg.conf looks like this. Of course I don't want to use the monitor since I just want to run Mythtv on my tv.. Any sugestions?

I see your in a phase alternate line area like me (UK).
I found this thread last week and followed it.

and then go here for the latest instructions..

I did this last week, it's like a new machine, I've even got the HDMI working now, as you can see from my xorg.conf file.
