It's really cool, but the Japanese must be laughing about this, since the water environment does not impose the same constraints humanoid robots suffer on land. If they decide to create a robotic penguin, I bet it will jump out of the water and swim pretty fast :)

i saw this video on youtube, the penguin blimps look creepy though...

but the water ones really do look like real penguins. except for the glowing blue eyes.....
