Hi!
While installing and updating clamav, I got the following error:
ERROR: Can't lock database directory: /var/lib/clamav/
I am a little worried that such an error may cause any kind of malfunction on clamav scanning capabilities. Would be there any problem to run clamav even after that error?
I'm using Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron.
I should tell you that I installed the clamav-daemon after installing clamav (and after getting the aforementioned error). Would be there any kind of conflict between them? Or there is no problem?
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
