You should probably remove one of your posts to make it easier on the community. I know the mods typically frown on double-posting.

Are you looking for any advice in partictular? I haven't used VirtualBox for Ubuntu Server, but I am using it to run VMs built on Debian, Ubuntu w/ E17, and Fedora. It's pretty straight-forward. You start the process by clicking the 'New' button. A wizard will help you allocate resources. Then tell VirtualBox to mount the .iso file of your distribution of choice (or you can mount your optical drive), boot the VM, and install it like you would on a physical machine.

No problem. I'm a huge fan of VirtualBox. I use it for testing and to run a virtual copy of WinXP on my laptop. I find it very easy to use. If you encounter any issues, just post here or send me a PM.
