Meets requirements? Yes (in dapper, but package logjam-xmms might also need to be backported, which is also at 4.5.1 in dapper)
Reason requested: Currently, the 4.5.x branch of Logjam is the only LiveJournal client for the X Window System that supports tags, which were implimented on upstream (LiveJournal) in May 2005. Many users, myself included, depend on this feature.
