Movie Database Softs

Hello,

Do anyway know any good software for creating a movie database? I know already AviManager (http://sourceforge.net/projects/avimanager/) which has a nice feature to grab info on movie from IMDB but unfortunately It is so slow as it use CGI via apache2...

any other soft like this, but use PHP or any fast language instead??
