Looking for help --- need someone to vectorize a logo

Hey fellas! I'm looking for someone that can do me this little favour... I need this logo vectorized, so that my thesis doesn't look pixelated or cheap, but I don't have any experience with inkscape or the like, and I'm kinda in a hurry :S can someone help me out? thanks, I'll name my kids after you :KS hehe

the upper text is: Universidade Nova de Lisboa
and the text below is: OMNIS CIVITAS CONTRA SE DIVISA NON STABIT

Thanks, but I already tried that... the letters at the bottom don't vectorize well with that tool...
