Wallpaper clock and shortcut bar identification

I'm trying to identify the shortcut bar at the bottom of the pic and the wallpaper clock. So I'm putting it out there to get some more eyes on it.

Cairo-dock I think. It's in the repositories. Don't forget to install plugins and activate rendering plugin, otherwise you won't get the 3d and transparent look. I guess there is a howto somewhere. I liked cairo-dock: very configurable.
Edit: noticing that the guy / girl has avant window navigator in his menu I assume it is that. Good luck with it.

The clock against the background is probably just conky with a really big font.

Dock looks like AWN (avant-window-navigator) to me. I agree that clock on the wall could be conky.
