Hi There,
I've read all sorts of various threads on the forums regarding this issue and still can't seem to figure it out.
I have an IBM Thinkpad X31 and I want to make the 3rd mouse (on the trackpoint) scroll when pressed.
From what I can gather on the forums, it's a simple case of editing the xorg.conf file and pasting in a couple of lines under the "Device Mouse".
However, when I edit my xorg.conf file. I can't seem to find a "device mouse" line where I can paste in the code.
I'm very new to Linux (I've only had it installed for a couple of days)....is there anyone out there who would be willing to help?
I know there is a thinkwiki.org website that shows how to do it....but that site has been down for a few days and there doesn't seem to be any other places that explain how to do it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards,
James
