How does WUBI affect Ubuntu security?

This person wants reassurance that Ubuntu under Wubi is secure from Windows viruses, but I don't know that it is. Can the Ubuntu Security sticky be amended to include info on Wubi?

There is no difference, in terms of security, with wubi and standard dual booting.
