GRUB Error 17 on boot

I have just bought a new HDD, formated it on another PC under windows XP using the NTFS format, but when i connect it to my PC (dual boot) an error appears:
GRUB loading, please wait...
Error 17

When i disconnect the new HDD the PC boots just as before.

Anyone got a solution?

and use this disk to auto resolve your problem.

It will guide u how to use it.

Put both disks in and boot via sgd cd.
