Window rollup with scroll wheel?

Hi, is there anyway to have the window rollup with the scroll wheel like in emerald? I am currently using metacity with compiz so I can use the Shiki-Colors theme, but now I am missing the window rollup with the scroll wheel that I could do using emerald.
