Hi all,
moving back from vmware to virtualbox

installing jaunty

it seems that permission on /dev/sd* and /dev/md* seems to reset itself, even without rebooting. Why is that?
is there any way to make it stick?

plus it seem that udev is getting smaller, is it depreciated?
if so what is the replacing system?
