Beautiful new icons dissapeared...

Hi,
i reinstalled original dell 8.04 Ubuntu, and after Update i had new icons (for network manager, bluetooth, go home icon...) but after restart they were gone. Does anyone know how to put them back?

as strange as this sounds I had this happen too.... I ran the update manager a few more times until there were no updates left and it fixed my issues...

Ok, i fixed it (there was nothing to fix, although). Right click on your dekstop-go to change your desktop/background ("desktop hintergrund ändern" in german, sellect theme you want to have and under and then click the third option beneath ("anpassen"-something like customize/adjust)-and you can see then some new options-under symbols choose "dell" or "dell panel"). And you are done-new dell symbols are there.

Or you can go to System -> Preferences -> Appearance (Erscheinungsbild) to do the same thing.
