I have a link but it link to the Ubuntu Wiki, it says this page is used to add stuff but I can't edit.

Sign in to the wiki using your Launchpad account. https://launchpad.net

Click the Edit link at the top left of the page, just a little bit under the Ubuntu logo.

Follow the formatting on the page and save when done.
