Hey everyone!

I made the switch to Linux last week and decided to go with ubuntu after reading about it in MaximumPC magazine. So I just wanted to say hi because my guess is I'll be spending a lot of time on these forums until I get used to the OS.

Anyway, to my question...
I'm trying to get Steam running on here, so I was going through the tutorial at this site: http://www.linux-gamers.net/modules/wfsection/article.php?articleid=17

I'm still in the beginning at 1.3. I've downloaded tahoma.ttf, but I don't know where to put it. The site says to put it into my X Server fonts directory, but being the newb that I am, I don't know what X Server is or where to put the file. I don't expect you to tell me what X Server is, as I plan to do my own research on it, but could someone please tell me where to put this file?

Thanks a lot everyone. :D
