Boot Issues

I just recently reinstalled Vista after I got hit by a virus. Unfortunately, now I don't get the prompt on startup that asks which OS to load, so I want to know, how do I boot into Ubuntu? And how do I fix this once I get back in?

Hiya, you should be able to boot a ubuntu live cd and follow these (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=224351) instructions to restore grub.
