View Full Version : [kubuntu] Flash Crashes in Jaunty, poor .avi/ DVDquality

When I'm watching a video on YouTube in Firefox, the video will sometimes crash and turn grey when I full screen it or switch between tabs a few times. I've tried both 32 bit and 64 bit flash...

Why is the dvd and avi playback slightly blocky? I've install the packages from mediubuntu, the kubuntu restricted packs, elisa's ugly codec set and it's still slightly blocky and looks terribly compressed. I have on board video (Geforce 6150SE) with the latest 180.44 drivers.... Maybe I should get a videocard, most likely an ATI since they don't have that annoying glitch in their drivers that kills the fps of Left4Dead.... Any ideas?
