Grreeetings, everybody!

Loombard (Bronze keyboard) 333/192mb 4gb. Successfully installed xubuntu.
The installation process was PAIN in the neck. BUT everything seems to work fine. In order to try out Debian, i want to take out hdd with xubuntu installed, put another 4gb hdd (DOS formatted). IF Debian will not work for me, i'll put back xubuntu hdd.

Question: Will it work? or i will have to reinitialize hdd after reinstallation (due to some ppc quirk)

Thank you in advance.

Yes, it should work. It can be, that you need to reset PRAM (press ctrl-alt-P-R)
By the way, it would be interesting, if you have time, to try the last Xubuntu Jaunty installing it on a ext4 formatted partition. I'm very impressed how it can make the system faster. I think, you could even try the LiveCD
