Recommend http download process

Please recommend a download process. I am running 8.10. I am already running some web services like mythweb as my ISP allows port 80.

I am hoping to be able to share files from my server and make them available for download from a web page over port 80.

I have used CMS solutions previously but was wondering what other options are available.

There are web based file managers and things like that.

Most web servers have options for showing a file list on selected directories. You can just put your available files in a directory and enable the correct option. In Apache check the docs for "Indexes" directive.
