Gedit plugins for gtkrc editing

Hello everyone,

I am currently modifying several murrine themes to better suit my tastes, and was getting tired of copying the hex colour codes into gimp. Is there a plugin for gedit that will allow me to see hexadecimal colour codes' appearance from within gedit? (e.g changing the colour of the code to the code value).

I'm sure if is what you want, but there's a color picker chooser plugin. If you can't find it in the Plugins tab in the Preferences dialog, install the gedit-plugins package (apt:gedit-plugins).
