We are writers and designers of Ubuntu-tr E-magazine SUDO. Shortly we are SUDO.

We have created all of Sudo Magazines until today. But Managers force us for their desires.

We did not accept and we had a voting which all sudo writers and designers vote. Our ideas was true and our ideas was fair so we won the voting. But then they did not accept this voting and they took ours powers. That was really not fair.

We dont know what to do and who can help to us. All sudo magazines are ours and we did not deserve this. Please help us.

Thanks

Sudo Team

Hi - this has been posted in a support forum. I can see that you have an e-magazine in Turkey but to be honest I'm not at all sure what it is you want from people here.

Perhaps you could clarify.

I think you may need to seek advice from a lawyer, At first glance it would appear that the company actually owns all the rights.

If you are the designers and writers, then the company needs you.
If the company was smart enough to have you sign cease and desist and non disclosure agreements upon termination, then the company owns you.

either way seek legal advice.

We need an authory about ubuntu forums. It is an ubuntu forum and it has a license. It must be a manager that controls them.

I'm not sure that we can help - in the meantime I have moved it here - which is likely to be a bit closer to an answer.

Have you tried to talk to the LoCo team?
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/TurkishTeam

Here you can find the persons who manage the LoCos:

Thanks for help. I send a message to the manager. It is hard to take a result about this topic but i am gonna try my chance.

OpenSource is Freedom. And noone (like ours managers) musnt think that is owned by themselves.

Anyway in Ubuntu-tr or somewhere else. We will continue to publish magazines and try to make people to understand freedom of Linux family.
