I'm trying to install ubuntu on a UM901 (http://www.made-in-china.com/showroom/gladies/product-detailBbfEoecThHhD/China-9-UMPC-Laptop-with-WiFi-Camera-and-Bluetooth-GL-UM901-.html) UMPC.

The install went successfully using the mini image with a boot parameter of vga=771, but now I cannot get X to work. It just stays on a black screen (although I do hear the GDM login welcome sound).
