Can I move a thread from one forum to another?

I am a beginner at Ubuntu forums and might have posted to the wrong forum. I am running on Ubuntu desktop 8.04, but I am developing a web application on the desktop using apache, mySQL, and php with localhost.

It was suggested to me that this should be at the Server forum and not the Desktop forum. Can I move a thread from the Desktop forum to the Server forum?
