Yo guys,
I liked the way Tipped off arranged it, however clock is not so good.
Anyway if its about rating desktop I'll upload mine. Give ur feedback.
There is one more variation with most of the icons in status bar are
black but his one have better and simple menu/folder icons

It would be nice without the ugly Ubuntu logo right in the center, and the ugly Tux-avatar clock thing you have. I especially like window decoration you have.

The panel was the main killer (I also dont like logo on my wallpaper so that is a minus also). Perhaps if you'd reorganize the panel more, like taking the help icon out and everything else you do not use.

But this is a good start.
