UT2003 Install

I am trying to install UT2003 on my Breezy box. But when I get to the first install screen it won't let me continue until I accept the license agreement. Problem is, one NEVER pops up. Any ideas?

I have another problem concerning UT (the first one).I installed it but when i try to execute it it seems to be running,then my screen resolution becomes really low (i move my mouse and my desktop goes where it goes in order to see...).Can anybody help me...?
