I have read http://www.ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=109905 and it was extremly hard to follow to to new accounts being made all the time (I will not state my oppinion on who was right or wrong). It would be very usefull in my mind for the mods/admins if an account could be baned from subforum(s) this way a mod could ban a user from posting in anything but the resoultion center. Not only would this make the user less likley to make a new account because they could still bring there issues to light in the resoultion center, but as I said before it would be more easy to follow.
Also in the case of a user that provides great support but has to many flame wars in the community chat that user can be banned from just the community chat... I know some users would then post in the support forums but then they would be banned from both the support forums and the comminity chat.
Just an idea.... I think it would help people to follow forum issues better. and by only banning from the community chat maybe some users could still post well in the support forums.
