I have a 500gb NTFS external drive connected to my Ubuntu P4 system. I can read/write to the ext drive, but when I attempt to add it to share, i used to get a message about not proper security or access or something to that affect. Now, I simply get the message, "Permissions cannot be determined." I can still read/write. How can I share this drive on my network from this computer? Thank you in advance for any help.
