Fixes bugs ( http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/f-spot/0.1/f-spot-0.1.5.news - these are from 0.1.4 - 0.1.5, Breezy has 0.1.3 ) and adds a few new features.

One of the more notable new features is the ability to write comments and other information as metadata to the image files.

It should compile cleanly under the existing Breezy mono bits.
