What do you guys think of my Desktop

So, I have seen a few of these now and I want to get some feedback on my Desktop now. It is fairly basic using Gnome Do, Dust Sand, Customised Menu colours etc.
(Image shows a random ubuntu forum thread :P)

There are a few things I would like to see different, for example, I would prefer a more blue toned grey rather than the reddish one (not too bad as my monitor is set to "Cool" colour profile), also I dislike that dark grey bar at the bottom of windows and hope to see it gone in updated versions of this theme.

I love the fact that it is more open. More space. You can enjoy more window size and it looks like you have given yourself to choosing your own style rather than what came with the distro.

The wallpaper needs some work. I like the idea, conceptual, futuristic. But, I like something with a story. Check out www.gamewallpapers.com or download their wallpapers from a torrent :)
