This problem used to happen more with my old router but still happens now. There are about 5 computers in my house connected to 2 routers. one router is downstairs and connects to a laptop and two desktops. the other upstairs connects to two work computers, a cable modem, and the downstairs router. Sometimes one of the router will have a small problem(not very often) and someone will have to turn it off for 20 seconds and then turn it back on. Windows xp will reconnect as soon as the router is reconnected. Ubuntu Network Manager just sits there saying disconnected till I go in, set conection to manual, exit, set it back to automatic, and exit again. This gets a little annoying at times. Can anyone suggest how to fix this. please.

Thanks,
