I am trying to take an image of my hard drive which has windows too usually it takes about 7GB space ( I do it within windows) now when I want to do it I got an error message saying that there are some error and the image will be taken sector by sector I should exit and do chekdsk because windows can't see Linux partition I could not do it people are saying in linux it not required because it is done automatically during booting process now the image is taking 25GB space because it is taken sector by sector.
THANKS
